Terms of Use for Renter

SearchRentals.com is a Vacation Rental Listing Service that owns and operates this site. We are not affiliated with the properties listed on this site. We are a database of properties for rent offered by the property owner or manager. Any correspondence with a listing on this site must be done with the individual property owner or manager.

Listing information of the individual properties has been supplied by the owners or managers and has not been verified by SearchRentals.com. We assume no liabilities for any omissions, inaccuracies, or damages resulting from the use of this listing service. SearcRentals.com does not offer advice or represent the vacation rental owner or renter.

It is the obligation of the potential renter to contact each property owner or manager to assess the validity of the listing, obtain rates, availability and condition of each desired property.

Renter agrees to hold SearchRentals.com its owners, employees, officers or agents harmless for any damages incurred from the use of this site. SearcRentals.com contains links to other web sites not affiliated with it. The inclusion of links and ads does not constitute an endorsement of the web sites not operated by SearchRentals.com. SearcRentals.com does not verify any of the information of linked sites.

Terms of Use for Lister

Lister must enter accurate information that represents the property being listed.

Lister must respond to rental inquiries within a reasonable time period.

SearchRentals.com reserves the right to cancel any listing, at any time, for any reason and return the pro-rated portion of the amount paid for the listing.

Each individual property owner or manager is responsible to abide by all local, state or federal regulations.

SearchRentals.com will not be held liable for any web site malfunctions or outages. Web sites can malfunction for a variety of reasons out of our control. SearchRentals.com will make every effort in the event of a web site outage to correct the problem and get the site back online. SearchRentals.com uses superior technology and employs security and back-up protection. Lister agrees any damages awarded would be limited to a pro rated amount of the price of the listing.

Listings are transferable to new property owners. Listings can be paused at any time. If you delete your listing it is gone from our system for good. Listings are non-refundable.

Lister may advertise only one property per listing. Listing URL may not be directed to a site promoting multiple properties owned by different entities. SearchRentals.com will delete any URL without notice that violates this provision.
