Our 1936 beach house is a short walk to great year round swimming, snorkeling and surfing. The Keaukaha area of Hilo faces the Pacific Ocean with 5 County Beach Parks within 1 mile. The house is cute, homey, and has loads of old-style charm. It is not fancy. It is clean, comfortable, and has lots of original artwork. It features a view from your bed of charming tropical gardens. There's also a large shady mango tree. The house is 1150 sq. ft. It has one queen bed, one double bed, a day bed in the office, cable TV, full kitchen, and of course all linens. Private amenities are a lanai (covered patio), phone, and covered off-street parking. We are also only 10 minutes from Hilo airport, downtown and Bayfront. Ideal for folks who have previously lived here, are moving here, want to move here, have relatives to visit here...you get the idea.
